Advisory: All applicants are required to submit their permit applications using the latest version of the official application forms. Applications submitted using outdated forms will not be accepted or processed.
- Digitally Signing and Sealing Documents
Plans or other documents must be submitted in electronic format and must be signed and sealed electronically for review. - Document Submission Guidelines

Alternative Plan Review and Inspection Program
- This program allows the "Fee Owner" the option of using a private provider to conduct plan review and inspection duties in lieu of the municipal building department personnel.
